Back in high school, I wanted work out every day of the week.

I dreamed of being as fit as those people you see in posters in stores for athletic clothes, with visage of determination and a set of muscles that would intimidate a bouncer. Now that I’ve lived a little more, seen a little more, and learned a ton, that dream has transformed to a simpler one, an MVP: building a gym habit. Whatever the results from that are, I will appreciate, but to take things one at a time, this has been my for around a year.
